Reminders for today....

Today I was reminded of some things that I wanted to share. Ya Know we always go through things for a reason and they shape our character quite significantly. Keith and I have been going through some things that hit home in the last few days. It has come to our realization that past mistakes can catch up to you pretty quickly sometimes. Sometimes we make decisions based on what is going on at that moment and just putting a bandage on what the real problem really is. I have realized that we have been doing this. In some ways we are paying for that now.

I am reminded although I have made mistakes that Gods grace is significant. We still have to pay for some of our mistakes though. I have learned my lesson for sure and will be careful in the future. Since I have dreams though I am crushed because I feel like they want become a reality with the things we might lose. But I was reminded mopping the floors today that my dreams are not in material things that we have, but they are in Gods hands. Its amazing what things can come to you doing house work.

I have always said that having my family, freinds and church would be enough for me to continue on. Now I am learning that within the battle I am facing I have to learn walk what I say. its not quite easy if I let stress or the since of loss come into my heart and take over. I can say one thing for sure that it is building character within me that God wants to see. I feel like he wants it to be a testimony to others even within the misdt of the storm that we are facing. How neat is that.

So, today I ask forgiveness O Lord for past mistakes. Please allow Keith and I to start over once agian completely clean of all mistakes in whatever place you would want us to be. Help us to learn things we need to know and as we do this help to build our character in ways that we cant imagine. Help us to be more careful about how we deal with the money that you give us the ability to earn, becasue its yours in the first place.

So everyone, live, learn and grow in everything that comes your way. Walk in his grace, love and forgiveness. I tell you from expereince its the best place you can ever be.
