THE CLIMB

The following Lyrics are from a song that I recently listened to. Its a song called, "The Climb", by Miley Cyrus. Now I normally dont listen to her stuff, but this one song caught my ear.

In this song she talks about a dream and the road that it takes her to get to that dream. Sometimes when we are chasing down our dreams we get our mind more on the dream itself than the person who put those dreams inside of us, "GOD". Along the way we will have struggles and there might be times when we feel like we can't reach that goal. Sometimes you may feel like you keep taking steps just to take more steps backwards. Boy do I know how that feels.

I was reminded through this song though not to let my faith shake in those times, but to keep going. We have to keep trying and keep our heads held high. There are always going to be mountains that we have to climb and get through, but its our reactions to those mountains that makes the difference in our climb to get through it.

Its not always about the battles that we face, but the process of how it gets us there. See, the things we go through are what we are going to remember when we get to the result. So keep pressing on.
