Catching your dreams....

Dreams... What a big subject this little word can be. Dreams can be big or small. Little or Big... Just what you want to make of them really. Everyone has dreams. Some happen quick and others have to wait a while for theirs to come true.

In the mean while, God is working within each person to show his mighty power. See these dreams we have ultimately come from God himself anyways, so why should he not be able to perfect them within us in the first place.

Time... Well we hate that word sometimes. Time is sacrifice and can be a lot of hard work if it draws on and on. Soon we can get frustrated and just may start to feel like we are at the end of our rope because we are letting selfishness get a hold of a part of our hearts that used to be God's in the first place.

See God uses time to perfect the dream within us, and mold us into what he wants us to be, so when the dream becomes a reality he can use all of us and not just half or parts. It might take a lot of sacrifice a long the way, but its so totally worth it.

The thing is we have to make the choice to continue on, and let God have that time to perfect those dreams within us. Shouldn't we allow him that time since he took the time to die for our sins, so we would have have to take the time to receive the punishment from them. Great way of looking at things uh..

Sometimes we have to be totally honest. The reason I am blogging about this right now is because its been on my heart for quite some time now and I am going through this and have been going trough it for forever it seems.

So I just want to say don't give up on your dreams. It may take you just a couple of months for your dream to come true or it may take you years. Whatever time God chooses to take he is perfecting it in you, so please make that time valuable. I surely am, and its been so amazing what God has been showing to me.

So guys get close to him in the midst of it all, and he will show you awesome things within the waiting to keep you going. He did tonight for me. This was something from a Friend that I wanted to share. I was talking to her about dreams and this is what she said to me. It want mean anything to you at all most likely, but it surely meant the world to me. Just a little bit of encouragement to keep me going along in my journey of waiting......


''You were a dream come true for me today, seeing you there working with the field God ordained you to labor in. Just knowing that God is using you .''

See, while you might be waiting on your dream to still happen, there might be a dream happening for someone else around you. There are always reasons for the waiting.
