Breakthroughs

You know God is very interesting at times. He uses situations to bring break throughs in your life. I have recently been going through a very hard struggle that I have asked God to help me through. Its an issue that I have been battling with for years. But God is steadily helping me to see his love and to receive it. He is helping me to see things the way people really put them and think before I react, but boy is that a hard lesson to learn.

I know I must press on. I have dreams that I want to fullfill and to be able to do this I must carry on and break through those walls that have been up for so very long. Some are harder than others, but I am slowly leanring that God is with you through them all. At times it might not seem like it but he is working in the back ground to fullfil the purpose in our lives. Storms and situations always serve a higher purpose, but we just have to strive not to give up and surender more of ourselves. Yep... that is a hard thing to say isnt it. Surrendering more of ourselves to gain more of him. Its tough for sure, but its so very much worth it. To gain more of him is to gain more than what this whole world is worth.

God has plans for my life I know. I must carry on and listen to his words and not those whom the devil tries to push in my path way. Yes we decide which route we want to take and that decision can make or break us. It can hurt or give joy to those around us. The decisions we make today I have slowly learned will be what will become of the future. The future is mainly in Gods hands, but the question is what will we do for the present. A lot of what decides our future is based on the decisions for today.

SO saying that no matter what comes my way I am determined to fight. God is on my side and I have to remind myself that he holds the victory. Will there be hardship and pain. Absolutley. But the joy on the other side of the mountain want compare to the struggles that I am facing now, for it will be much greater. So be determined and fight the good fight of faith. He will see you through it all.
